Evelina Jakobsson Potenciano (*1997, Stockholm) is a dancer and choreographer based in Stockholm. Her approach to dance is to make use of the imaginary as well as bridging new references into physical practice. Nurtured by online spaces and pop culture, she crystallizes references, sensibilities and situations into choreographic works.
Her previous works are sourced from genre movies, reproduced fictions of femininity and spatial memories of the city.
Since 2023, She holds a BA in Dance Performance from Stockholm University of the Arts.
